Week 3 of MMM'14 has been a tough one. I am running out of me mades fast and myself & my little one have both got colds so getting around in something other than my PJs has been is a big effort. Its been a good week for identifying some gaps in my hand made wardrobe though. I am finding I need more separates and I need to make some leggings ASAP.

Monday 12th May
My day started very early on Monday because the small human in the house doesn't sleep well when he has a cold. I felt justified in drinking lots of coffee and wearing my PJ pants for most of the day. I made these years ago, a pair for me and a pair the same for my dear friend Ruth who is currently travelling the world. Lucky gal! If you're like me and love to read a good travel tale you can check out her adventures on Backpacking Diva.
Tuesday 13th May
Tuesday was much the same as Monday and called for a comfy Lola. I am finding I am wearing my grey one more than the cream. Don't get me wrong, I love the cream but its not such a great colour for hiding tiny grubby chubby hand prints.

Being cooped up inside was causing a bit of cabin fever so we headed out for a quiet coffee with a friend at the Corner Store Cafe. I am wearing my Bluegingerdoll Winifred Dress. I think all cafes should have sandpits and blackboards.

Thursday 15th May
I love my cord Bluegingerdoll Peggy skirt. I have only made one so far but I have a few more planned. Super comfy and great for out & about or in my case on Thursday, around the house.
Friday 16th May
Today was another Lola day. hmmm I am starting to think I should rename my blog to "shrine to Lola". It was out to swimming lessons today and Wal got a chance to hop in the pool with him. I'm usually in the water so I don't notice but geeez it gets hot in the room with the heated pool. I might not wear tights and a cosy Lola to my next sit out swimming lesson.
I hope you've had a great week and are in for a relaxing weekend. I brought some Scotch Finger biscuits today for the first time in years so I'll be eating those, drinking lots of tea and knitting while I try to recover from this cold.

I love your Lola too, it looks so comfy. I can see why you would want to wear it so often. I love your skull print pyjama pants too!
